The shape of the day
This is not a sightseeing itinerary with a factory squeezed in. It is a working week: Ningbo for port and components, Yongkang for hardware, Yiwu for the market, with realistic drive times and one interpreter who stays with you throughout.

Step by step
Day 1 · Shanghai arrival
Airport pickup, hotel check-in and a working dinner or a quiet evening. We review the factory list, the samples to bring and the questions each meeting needs to answer.
Day 2 · Ningbo
Drive to Ningbo for one or two suppliers — auto parts, appliances or moulds — with a port visit if it helps the picture. Overnight in Ningbo.
Day 3 · Yongkang
The hardware belt: tools, kitchenware, fitness equipment. Two plants, a sample review and the drive to Yiwu in the evening.
Day 4 · Yiwu
A full market day with a sourcing guide, focused on the districts that match your product. We keep the afternoon for comparisons and a second supplier if needed.
Day 5 · Shanghai
Return to Shanghai, debrief with the notes and quotes, and transfer to the airport. If your flight is late, we can add a supplier visit or a half-day in the city.

Good to know
- Send supplier names and product specs at least two weeks ahead; good factories need notice.
- The route can add Wuhu, Nantong or Haining if your supplier list points there.
- A 5-day loop works best with a Sunday arrival if you need weekdays on factory floors.
